Black & White Illustrations
Here is a selection of my illustrative work, which includes my speciality black and white illustrations using pen & ink and graphite pencil, watercolour illustrations and looser character sketches.
Below is a slide show of my finished b&w illustrations for my epic fantasy novel, White Mountain - Book 1 of The Darkling Chronicles, published September 2012 and re-released in a superior second edition 1st December 2014.
In addition, there is a selection of illustration commissions I have created for other books, authors and publishers.
These illustrations are painstakingly produced by hand in pen & ink with some graphite pencil used, on heavy quality watercolour paper, in case watercolour washes are needed later. Enjoy!
